Client Services Assistant

The Client Services Assistant supports the Sales and Operations Team in ensuring the seamless planning and execution of events at Jardin de Miramar. This role involves assisting with event logistics, liaising with clients and suppliers, and maintaining the venue's high standards of service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating event details with clients, including venue arrangements and supplier bookings.
- Prepare purchase orders for event amenities and supplier reservations.
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers to confirm bookings, deliveries, and services.
- Conduct venue walkthroughs with clients to ensure their requirements align with Jardin de Miramar's offerings.
- Address client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
- Monitor and report on event performance, client feedback, and areas for improvement.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including documentation, contract preparation, and invoicing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in event planning, coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, suppliers, and teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to last-minute changes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with event management tools or software is an advantage.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
