About the role

As a First Aider at Net Pacific, Inc.', you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our employees. Reporting to the Health, Safety and Environment team, you will be responsible for providing immediate and effective first aid to any individuals who become injured or unwell while on our premises in Pasig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that requires your constant presence and readiness to respond to emergencies.

What you'll be doing

  • Promptly respond to all medical emergencies and administer first aid as required
  • Maintain a well-stocked first aid kit and ensure all medical supplies are up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Keep detailed records of all incidents and treatments provided
  • Liaise with external emergency services when necessary
  • Assist in the development and delivery of health and safety training for our employees
  • Monitor and report on workplace health and safety metrics
  • Ensure the workplace adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  • A recognised first aid qualification, such as a First Aid at Work certificate
  • Experience providing emergency first aid in a professional setting
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to assess and respond to medical situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees and emergency services
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
