About the role

Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Company Nurse to join our team in Metro Manila. As the Company Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our employees. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing on-site medical care and first aid to employees as needed
  • Administering immunisations and conducting health screenings
  • Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Collaborating with management to develop and implement health and safety policies
  • Educating employees on health and wellness topics through seminars and workshops
  • Coordinating with external healthcare providers for referrals and specialized care
  • Maintaining a well-stocked medical facility and ensuring the availability of necessary supplies

What we're looking for

  • A registered nurse with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to handle a variety of medical situations
  • Proficient in maintaining electronic medical records and data management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
