Sales Executive

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Sales & Marketing

· Promote automotive painting and related services to individual and corporate clients.

· Conduct field visits, client presentations, and product/service demonstrations.

· Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets

2. Customer Relationship Management

· Identify and establish new business accounts (car dealers, insurance companies, fleet operators).

· Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing clients to build loyalty.

· Handle inquiries, provide quotations, and negotiate contracts.

· Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with operations to ensure client satisfaction.

3. Technical & Service Coordination

  • Explain technical details of painting services, finishes, and warranty coverage.
  • Coordinate with workshop/operations team regarding job orders and client requirements.
  • Ensure accurate color matching and service quality meet customer expectations.

4. Administrative & Reporting

· Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.

· Submit quotations, invoices, and related documentation on time.

· Monitor accounts receivables and assist in collections when necessary.

· Update CRM system with client interactions, leads, and status of opportunities.

5. Market & Business Development

· Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

· Recommend promotions, packages, or service improvements based on customer needs.

· Represent the company at trade shows, events, or networking opportunities.

  • Bachelor's degree of any 4 year course
