Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality, conversion-focused ecommerce graphics (banners, tiles, pages, livestream visuals, GIFs, etc.).
  • Create consistent product images, including lifestyle shots, infographics, and feature highlights.
  • Enhance product pages with icons, badges, and comparison charts.
  • Design UI elements (buttons, icons, navigation) to improve UX.
  • Create assets for digital marketing: email, social media, Google Display, retargeting ads.
  • Develop engaging, mobile-responsive, on-brand visuals.
  • Design visuals for promos, holiday campaigns, and product launches.
  • Maintain and evolve brand identity across ecommerce channels.
  • Follow brand guidelines for typography, color, and imagery.
  • Collaborate with marketing to update brand guidelines.
  • Edit, retouch, color-correct, and clean up product photos.
  • Remove backgrounds and create product cutouts.
  • Produce composite images and mockups showing products in use.
  • Align designs with campaign goals and target audiences.
  • Coordinate with Ecommerce Account team to ensure feasibility and compliance.
  • Collaborate with brand managers to highlight product features.
  • Work with Livestream team to meet graphics requirements.
  • Partner with Media Buying team to drive engagement and impressions.
  • Use data and A/B testing to optimize graphics for conversions.
  • Stay updated on ecommerce design trends, best practices, and new technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 2+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio in ecommerce and digital design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Solid understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color theory, composition), photo editing, and retouching.
  • Knowledge of web and mobile design best practices.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, communication, and collaboration skills.

Location: Ortigas

Work Schedule/Set-up:

  • Monday – Friday / Day shift
  • Office-based role with occasional visits to suppliers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
