Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a positive and organized store environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and timely manner.
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Provide detailed and accurate product information, including features, benefits, and current promotions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally and efficiently, resolving issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Promote loyalty programs, special sales events, and company services.

Qualification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales-focused role (e.g., Retail Associate, Cashier).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
