Inventory Control Manager

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Inventory Control Manager to optimize our inventory ecosystem across all retail branches. You will be the guardian of our stock health - ensuring optimal inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and overstocks, and driving process excellence throughout the supply chain. Skills needed :

- Efficient in google sheets, inventory management and related software, analytical problem solving skills with data - driven decision making

- Proven Experience in retail inventory management systems, process improvement and inventory optimization, willing to travel to different store locations as needed

Key Responsibilities :

1. Inventory System & Process Management

- Implement, monitor, and continuosly improve inventory control systems and SOPs across all branches

- Establish and maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting and reconciliation processes

- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for stock handling, storage, and transfers

2.Inventory Planning & Forcasting

- Analyze sales trends, seasonality and promotional plans to forecast inventory needs for each branch

- Determine optimal stock levels and reorder points to maintain healthy inventor turnover ratios

-Coordinate timely replenishment to prevent stockouts while minimizing excess inventory

3.Stock health & Liquidation Management

- Regularly analyze aging stock, slow - movers, and excess inventory across the network.

-Identify products requiring liquidation provide actionable recommendations to Retail Operations Manager and Store Managers.

-Develop and execute strategies from inventory liquidation while maximizing recovery value.

4. Cross - Functional Coordination

- Liase with warehouse team to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

- Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize stock transfers between branches and warehouse

- Collaborate with merchandising and buying teams on purchase planning and stock allocation

5. Audit & Compliance

- Conduct regular inventory audits across all branches and warehouse facilities.

- Lead annual stock- taking activities and ensure compliance with financial auditing

- Implement corrective actions to address discrepancies and improve inventory accuracy

6. Process Improvement & Reporting

- Identify opportunities to enhance inventory management processes through technology and workflow optimization.

- Develop and maintain inventory performance dashboards and regular management reports using Google Sheets.

- Drive initiatives to reduce shrinkage, improve inventory turnover, and optimize working capital.

Qualification & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field

- 5+ years of experience in inventory management in retail operations

- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets(advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Data visualization) and inventory management software

- Excellent analytical and problem - solving skills with data - driven decision - making ability proven experience in process improvement and inventory optimization

Ideal Candidate :

- Experience with retail inventory management systems

- Knowledge of retail math and inventory KPIs (GMROI, sell - through, weeks of supply)

- Strong leadership and cross - functional collaboration skills

- APICS/CPIM certification is a plus

- Willingness to travel to different store locations as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
