Qualify Health partners with U.S. hospitals and health systems to connect patients with life-saving financial assistance programs — including pharmaceutical foundations, copay cards, and free drug programs. Our mission is to make treatment affordable and accessible to every patient, regardless of financial situation.

We are expanding our Cebu-based operations team and seeking people with a Medical Billing Background to take on the role of Patient Financial Advocates who will play a critical role in helping U.S. patients access and maintain financial support for their care.

This is a position that requires working in an office in the Cebu IT Park and the night shift. This is not a work from home position

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process patient cases from U.S. hospitals and clinics to determine eligibility for copay, foundation, or manufacturer patient assistance programs.
  • Complete enrollment applications accurately and efficiently using hospital EMRs (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech) and program portals.
  • Communicate with U.S. hospital staff (via chat, email, or video) to obtain missing documents or verify patient data.
  • Track and monitor active applications, ensuring timely follow-up on pending items or renewals.
  • Document all actions in internal tracking systems (Microsoft Excel, Qualify CRM, and EMR work queues).
  • Collaborate with financial counselors and pharmacy teams to ensure funding coverage aligns with patient treatment schedules.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
