Job Overview

Hire Smart Solution is looking for a proactive and persuasive
Lead Generation Specialist
to help grow our client base through strategic outreach and cold calling. You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing leads through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients and decision-makers
  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach
  • Research and build prospect lists using online tools and databases
  • Present company services and value propositions clearly and professionally
  • Schedule appointments or demos for the business development/sales team
  • Track and manage leads in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely updates
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, leads, and conversions
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    lead generation, cold calling, or telemarketing
    (preferably B2B)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident and professional phone presence
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus
