Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating/overseeing the provision of general administration services for including coordination with external parties and other departments. Manages the implementation of all Admin systems based on BSP procedures/policy/operating standards. Ensures compliance with fiscal policies (budget plans/cost controls) and regulatory requirements (DOLE/DENR/Safety/LGUs/LTO). Performs fixed asset management of the company.

Qualification Guide

  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
  • Knowledge on DENR, Safety, DOLE, LGU and LTO guidelines
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implements of waste management system as per policies including scrap management.
  • Monitors the cost and consumption of the utilities (e.g., electricity water, rentals); coordinates with utilities providers as necessary for cost savings applications/tech transfer.
  • Ensures contract administration and management.
  • Is responsible for fixed asset management (e.g., inventory/accountability transfers).
  • Prepares and submits Admin-related reports (e.g., monthly utilities billing report, petty cash summary report) to the relevant units.
  • Maintains and/or updates all business permits and licenses, as needed.
  • Ensures all security measures are in place in the company.
  • Implements necessary training/staff development programs for a motivated and competent workforce.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of office rooms, function room and other office spaces.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
