The Internal Audit Department is mainly responsible to ensure that all the business processes in a company are risk-management compliant. The operating process includes assessing certain areas for compliance with relevant laws and evaluating how effective this department has been at implementing its controls into practices.

Work Experience

  • 1-3 years of work experience 
    with professional license - CPA, CIA, CISA, CRA, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing internal audits, including financial, operational, and compliance audits.
  • Gather and analyze data, identify risks, and evaluate controls.
  • Conduct fieldwork, interviews, and testing to gather evidence.
  • Document audit findings, recommendations, and draft audit reports.
  • Assist in presenting audit findings and recommendations to management.
  • Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure implementation.
  • Maintain accurate and complete audit documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
