  • Greeting customers and directing them to an available technician.
  • Consulting with technicians about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered in place of expensive repairs.
  • Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with a technician when necessary.
  • Informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections.
  • Assisting customers when deciding to fix their cars through the dealership's shop.
  • Informing customers of service changes or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up.
  • Internally coordinating service work to adhere to commitments made to clients.
  • Estimating cost and turnaround time, and maintaining customer updates to ensure smooth delivery of the vehicle.
  • Carry out other tasks within the after-sales department which may be required from time to time by the manager.

Qualifications*

  • Bachelor's degree in automotive technology, engineering or related field.
  • Strong understanding of automotive technology.
  • With organizational, decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • With keen attention to detail.
