Field Collector

Join our team as a Field Collection Associate and help us manage and recover overdue accounts in the field. In this role, you will visit clients, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure that all interactions reflect our commitment to respectful and customer-focused service. Candidates must be comfortable with fieldwork, possess excellent negotiation skills, and own a motorcycle for efficient account visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to clients with overdue accounts to facilitate payments and settlements
• Contact customers via phone, email, and in-person visits to remind them of outstanding balances
• Ensure timely collection of payments and accurately document all transactions
• Assess customers' financial situations and recommend appropriate actions
• Maintain accurate records of collections and submit regular reports to management
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding escalated cases or disputes
• Comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines related to collections

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any course
• Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driver's license
• Proven experience in collections, field collections, or a similar role is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Willing to travel and be deployed across Metro Manila
• Ability to work independently and handle difficult customer interactions professionally
• Familiarity with collections processes, legal requirements, and financial regulations is a plus
