Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Engineering Course
  • Can work with minimum supervision
  • With Experience in Calibration/QC
  • Skills in Handling Inspection Tools

Basic Function:

  • Handles Calibration Operation and Maintenance of QA MC measuring devices and instrument in the facility.
  • Will handle and control documents pertaining to IMS
  • Facilitate Company documentation implementation of QMS.
  • Will coordinate QA Planning of the Organization (Calibration Plan).
  • Receiving Inspection and control for new measuring equipment.
  • Design making for internal jigs or gages
  • Over-all In-charge in Calibration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct factory IMS audit and verification to check if minimum requirements are being implemented.
  • Ensuring that documented procedure of IMS are being updated in yearly basis at minimum.
  • Conduct regular Safety, 5'S, Chemical handling, waste management of the organization.
  • Conduct training and orientation of the organization pertaining Calibration.
  • Support the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 policy requirements and its implementation.
  • Support on Company Policy, company initiated activity and safety, 5'S, and IMS.
  • Conducts machine and tool calibration base from the set Master Calibration Plan.
  • Controls Inspection Tools and Equipment are managed and handled properly.
  • Develops improvements on managing inspection tools and equipment assuring quality of parts.
  • Prepares and updates QA Check sheets of inspection of Jigs of all Departments and sub-contractors and provide improvements plans for out of tolerances encountered.
  • Assist in checking & verifying the work instruction of every Department if it is practiced and implemented properly.
  • Assists in reviewing customer product specifications and evaluate actual product conformance.
  • Document in charge regarding Calibration.
  • Evaluate all incoming machines like CMM, Hardness Tester, Surftest Machine and others.
  • Prepares inspection plan and process procedures in accordance to customer's quality specifications and standards that would serve as guidelines for operation.
