Inventory Audit Associate

Location: Muntinlupa (100% Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

SKU Masterfile Management

  • Validate and execute inventory adjustments (posting in the system) based on daily and quarterly wall-to-wall inventory cycle counts.
  • Ensure adjustments are properly documented and approved in accordance with company policies.

Inventory Monitoring & Validation

  • Monitor SAP balances to ensure inventory levels and cost of goods sold (COGS) are accurate and complete.
  • Validate returned items in the warehouse to ensure proper recording, classification, and reconciliation.

Reporting

  • Generate, prepare, and analyze inventory-related reports, including but not limited to:
  • Inventory in-transit reports
  • Quarantine inventory reports
  • Near-expiry inventory reports
  • Bad order reports
  • Other ad hoc inventory and reconciliation reports as requested by management

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure inventory processes comply with company policies and audit requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for adjustments, reconciliations, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Commerce, or any equivalent field.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in inventory management, inventory audit, or financial reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong Excel skills preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they have strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Willing to work 100% onsite in Muralla St, Meycauayan, Bulacan
