Inventory Senior Specialist

Overall Objective:

To oversee and manage inventory control processes within supply chain operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in inventory management to support business continuity and financial integrity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across all warehouses and distribution points
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and reduce excess or obsolete inventory
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely replenishment and proper cost allocation
  • Implement inventory control policies and procedures to maintain compliance with company standards
  • Prepare and present inventory reports and KPIs to management for decision-making
  • Support ERP system updates and ensure accurate inventory transactions

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations
  • Experience in sales and distribution industry is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with inventory audits and ERP systems is an advantage
