Description

Virtual Staffing Solutions is seeking detail-oriented Travel Agents to manage reservations, process payments, handle guest communications, and coordinate with internal teams and property managers to ensure a smooth end-to-end guest experience from booking to post-travel follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee reservation submissions from travel agents and ensure all required details are accurately processed.
  • Process deposit and balance payments, including security deposits and property manager payouts.
  • Handle incoming reservation-related communications through Twilio (voicemail/text) and HappyFox.
  • Coordinate with the Rental Agreement Coordinator to determine if detailed client agreements are needed.
  • Request and upload guest documentation such as passports, flight details, and car information to the Property Manager's platform.
  • Update and maintain the Guest Portal, including access codes, house rules, and other stay-related details.
  • Monitor and respond to cancellation or modification requests across all communication channels.
  • Resolve Level 1 guest issues, such as access or maintenance concerns, in coordination with property managers.
  • Assist with Level 2 resolution cases by gathering supporting documents and collaborating with Resolutions Experts on complex situations.
  • Process post-travel tasks, including security deposit refunds and follow-ups on any unresolved inquiries or issues.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is required.
  • BPO experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems and tools.
  • Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, or shifting schedules.
