What we are looking for

We're seeking Full Stack Software Developers who thrive in innovation, love technology, and are excited about building with modern frameworks and AI-powered tools.

The bare essentials

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of full stack development experience (front-end + back-end)
  • Hands-on experience with Moodle, , PHP Laravel, and modern web frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and database management
  • Proficiency with Cursor AI, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, and Figma for design collaboration.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable, user-focused applications
  • Skilled at writing clean, maintainable code, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance
  • Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced, multinational environments
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

X factors

  • Previous experience in a digital agency or AI-driven projects
  • Exposure to multinational or Australian clients
  • Contributions to open-source projects (AI or full stack)
  • Industry awards, hackathon wins, or community recognition
