About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend solutions that power our applications, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, QA, DevOps, product) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with internal/external systems.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and debug production issues in a timely manner.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in backend development.
  • Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework.
  • Hands-on experience with Microservices design and implementation.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
  • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
