Qualifications & experience

  • Preferably a College Graduate
  • Should have initiative, keen attention to detail, proficiency for accuracy, good oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be a trustworthy, a team player, and at the same time can work well independently
  • Must know basic computer applications
  • Willing to be trained
  • Previous experience is preferred, but not required

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Data encoder
  • Upload and downloading filed data (e.g. renaming files, scanning etc.)
  • Archiving hard copies of files
  • Assist Lawyers on court filings
  • Providing support to other members of the team as well as other departments
  • Other Tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
