The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the assigned department, ensuring food safety and quality, and meeting job orders on time and in full.


Operations Management

  • Leads the department to meet daily job orders on time and in full while ensuring adherence to SOPs, food safety, and quality standards.
  • Supervises daily operations to ensure efficiency and resource availability (manpower, machines, materials, methods).
  • Prepares daily performance reports and analyzes operational systems to recommend improvements.
  • Performs other related tasks assigned by the superior to achieve departmental goals.

Food Safety and Quality Compliance

  • Ensures workforce and production processes comply with food safety and quality standards.
  • Participates in incident investigations within assigned departments.

People Management

  • Guides, coaches, and mentors the team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Conducts performance evaluations and provides constructive feedback.
  • Addresses performance issues or conflicts professionally and implements corrective actions when necessary.

Flexibility and Adaptability

  • Embraces change with positivity and adjusts to new circumstances.
  • Performs a variety of tasks effectively and efficiently.

Communication, Integrity, and Respect

  • Coordinates with team members and other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Keeps team members informed of company announcements and policies.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years full-time experience in the food industry, preferably in manufacturing, in a similar or higher position.

Specialized Knowledge

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Applications.
  • Knowledgeable in GMP, food safety, quality standards, and government regulations.
  • Background in baking science and/or food manufacturing is an advantage.

Work Schedule and Requirements

  • Full-time
  • 8 working hours per day / 6 days a week
  • Shifting schedule (may include graveyard shift)
  • Must be willing to work on holidays and weekends
  • Work Location: Marian Road 2, Marian Business Park Barangay San Martin De Porres Parañaque City
