We are looking for a highly organized and proactive remote Finance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. They should be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, problem solve financial queries, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed. Strong time management and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members are key

Responsibilities:

· Budget Control: Assist with tracking and controlling budget expenditures, helping ensure that financial resources are used efficiently

· Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports

· Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and provide actionable insights

· Journal Entries: Process and record journal entries, ensuring accurate documentation of all financial transactions

· Reconciliation: Assist with account reconciliations, ensuring all accounts are properly balanced and discrepancies are addressed

· Financial Data Management: Maintain and update financial records in line with company standards and compliance requirements

· Excel Reporting: Use Excel to create detailed reports, manage large datasets, and provide analysis as needed

· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in finance operations and assist in implementing efficiencies

· Ad Hoc Duties: Assisting with any additional tasks as required by the finance manager, such as administrative support or special projects

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Finance Assistant or similar role in finance

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis

· Experience with Navision or Business Central (preferred)

· Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting

· Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

· Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently without constant supervision

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Working Conditions:

· This position is remote and requires a stable internet connection and a suitable home workspace - No equipment provided. Must have working camera, headset and laptop/pc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php275.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
