Job Summary

Supervises the Treasury function which includes fund sourcing and credit line utilization. Manages TCT, CTS, and Loans Monitoring

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures accomplishment of the set section Key Results Area (KRA) for Treasury.
  • Manages and ensures the data information delivery, update and documentation of the various banks requests as assigned.
  • Ensures the standardization of Treasury policies, procedures, processes, forms and other related documentations.
  • Ensures continuing development and growth through training, coaching and performance monitoring.
  • Assesses and implements continuous improvement needs of the Department.
  • Manages special project/s, initiatives and other Treasury related tasks that may be assigned by Superior and Department Head.
  • Performs system approval for Payment vouchers (Assigned as Approver 1).
  • Supervises overall functions of Treasury: Manage available credit lines, Manage proper implementation and use of CTSMS, TCTMS and LMS, and Manage monthly Treasury Reports
  • Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by Department Head

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or other Business related courses
  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in Fund Sourcing and Credit Line utilization, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
  • With at least three (3) years of people management experience
  • Real estate and business development experience
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Information Management Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
