Senior Recruiter

Role Overview
As a Senior Recruiter, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process for our specialized AI Data Operations teams. Unlike traditional BPO high-volume hiring, this role requires identifying candidates with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and domain-specific knowledge. You will act as a strategic talent advisor to our Operations leaders, helping us scale from pilot projects to massive data production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full lifecycle of recruiting for AI Data Analysts, Annotators, Linguists, and QA Specialists. - Sourcing Strategy:
Utilize diverse channels (JobStreet, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, University Partnerships, and Tech Communities) to build a robust pipeline of candidates who possess strong logic and language skills. - Screening & Assessment:
Conduct behavioral interviews and administer specific assessments (logic tests, language proficiency, attention-to-detail tests) to ensure data accuracy capability. - Stakeholder Management:
Partner with Operations Managers to understand complex project requirements (e.g., specific language dialects, medical/legal background requirements) and adjust hiring profiles accordingly. - Data-Driven Hiring:
Track and analyze recruitment metrics (Time-to-Fill, Pass-through Rates, Quality of Hire) to optimize the hiring funnel. - Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on the Philippines BPO and AI labor market trends, providing salary benchmarking and competitor analysis to the management. - Mentorship:
Act as a senior member of the team, guiding junior recruiters and sourcing associates on best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of
5+ years
of recruitment experience in the BPO, IT, or Tech industry. - Proven track record in
Non-Voice
or
Technical/Specialized
volume hiring is highly preferred. - Experience hiring for AI, Data Annotation, Content Moderation, or Trust & Safety accounts is a massive plus.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) to communicate with global stakeholders.
- Ability to differentiate between "Customer Service" profiles and "Data/Analytical" profiles.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields. - Attributes:
