Job Description – Onsite Intern

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated interns to join our team onsite. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in a professional work environment, allowing you to apply your academic knowledge while developing essential workplace skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the assigned department.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Conduct research and gather data relevant to department projects.
  • Help in coordinating onsite activities, meetings, or events.
  • Support the team in daily operations and assigned tasks.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned to support department goals.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Psychology, Marketing, Accountancy, IT, or any related course).
  • Willing to report onsite at our office for the duration of the internship.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
  • Have owned laptop

Requirements:

  • Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between school and company
  • Parent's/Guardian's Consent Form
  • Recommendation and Endorsement Letter from school
  • Medical Certificate / Fit-to-Work Clearance
  • Certificate of Matriculation or Registration
  • Updated Resume
