Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery. Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and company policies. Qualifications BS Pharmacy Graduate with Active RPH License. Open to candidates with at least 6 months of Pharmacovigilance or Healthcare account experience. Must have at least 18 months BPO experience. Knowledgeable in Pharmacovigilance and Safety Operations.
