What you'll be doingKey Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain inventory procedures and ensure ERP master data accuracy.
  • Generate and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with SCM, Engineering, and Logistics teams on demand forecasts and issue resolutions.
  • Drive process improvements in inventory management, netting workflows, and inspection processes.
  • Conduct issue resolution and data quality audits, ensuring reporting integrity.
  • Coordinate inspection schedules, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Perform inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies, and support audit compliance.

What we're looking for

  • Fresh graduate or with experience in an inventory or warehousing role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve inventory-related issues
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
