JOB DESCRIPTION
Marketing Sales
- Development of supply sales in the assigned area or list of accounts for the project/s under development.
- Build a sustainable profitable base volume from which we can grow the business to such scale that will allow us to optimize our supply chain and logistics costs for increased competitiveness.
New Business Development
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge and information about the target market and/or the business opportunity being developed to allow us to craft plans and programs to secure the most profitable that segments to ECOOIL in consideration of our supply chain and organizational capabilities.
Marketing Planning and Cross Functional Coordination
- Provides inputs to the marketing plan on targeted key industry segments.
- Plan sales activities to support marketing plans on specific industry segments and key accounts under his/her responsibility.
- Investigate new sales channels/products/market segments and identifies ways that these can be developed.
- Pursues the required cross-functional collaboration and coordination work required to support his specific industry/area of responsibility.
- Supports the team on related key projects and initiatives.
Key Accounts Management
- Build relationship with key customer contacts for the projects or opportunities under development.
- Build lasting partnerships and pursue businesses that create value for our company and our valued stakeholders.
- Understanding customer's needs and the development of applicable solutions and services that would benefit the operations and profitability of our partners and us.
Marketing Information/Process Improvement
- Gathers relevant and up to date industry and market information that would allow us to anticipate and respond effectively to new market developments.
- Ensure the disciplined execution of processes and recommend the improvement of the same to allow the seamless delivery of products and services to our customers and business partners.
Profitability Monitoring and Improvement
- Supports profitability improvement initiatives in the area of revenue growth and reduction of cost to serve.
- Suggest pricing strategies and tactics for specific customer segments to manage risks.
- Monitors pricing and profitability of individual accounts/segments under his responsibility and make suggestions for improvement.
- Maintains up-to-date list/profile of customers and nominates customer prospects, market segments, or channels that will enhance the quality of our customer portfolio.
