About the Role

We're looking for a Vibe Editor, not just someone who cuts footage, but someone who feels rhythm, emotion, and story… and knows how to teach that instinct to AI.

You'll edit lifestyle content, TikToks, and performance-driven ads for U.S. audiences, while helping us design AI-assisted editing systems that scale creative output 10×. This role is for the curious, the obsessed, and the editors chasing that final 2% of mastery.

This is not a corporate editing job. It's a creative playground for people who believe AI is a superpower, not a threat.

What You'll Be Doing

• Edit short-form lifestyle, storytelling, and performance content for multiple brands
• Build and refine AI-enhanced editing workflows using tools like Runway, Pika, OpusClip, ChatGPT, and more
• Experiment relentlessly, document what works, and share insights with the creative team
• Collaborate with creative directors, founders, and media teams to push new formats and styles
• Stay ahead of AI updates and creative trends, and apply them before anyone else does

Who You Are

• Living far ahead of the average AI user, but still hungry to learn more
• The type who learns new tools at 2 AM just to see what's possible
• Equal parts creative editor and systems thinker
• Fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
• Based in or willing to relocate to White Plains, Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
