Responsibility:

• Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
• Review applicants' loan profile prepared by loan representative determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
• Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy.
• Review payment schedules post-calculation by the loan representative.
• Assist Risk Manager to handle loan related customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
• Report to the Credit Committee for all loan cases, including new application ones and default ones.
• Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks in order to locate prospects for loans.
• Supervise loan representative for negotiating payment arrangements with customers who have delinquent loans.
• Supervise and managing and liquidation of delinquent properties under the approval of General Manager.
• Review the Branch loan related documents
• Managing the credit limitation under the assistance of Risk Management Dept.
• Coordinate with Treasury Dept. for the liquidity and pricing purposes
• Ensures the Branch procedures are up to date with regards to local regulation as well as H.O. requirements.

Qualifications:

• At least 10–15 years of experience in loans/credit-related work.
• At least 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience within a lending department.
• Ability to develop new clients and explore business opportunities with other overseas financial institutions.
• Proficient in credit and loan analysis, marketing, report writing, verbal communication, administrative writing, and accounting.
