Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who lives near Silang.

Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.

Knowledge of Korean cuisine is a strong advantage.

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant.
• Train, schedule, and manage waitstaff, kitchen staff
• Motivate and ensure team productivity and morale.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally.
• Ensure high-quality dining experiences.
• Greet and engage with guests when needed.
• Monitor inventory levels (food, beverages, and supplies).
• Coordinate with suppliers and place orders on time.
• Minimize waste and control food costs.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Comply with local health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and sanitation checks.
• Oversee POS system use.
• Handle daily cash reports, sales tracking, and shift closing.
• Prevent losses and ensure financial accuracy.
• Create staff schedules that meet operational needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month

Experience:
