SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

Educational Attainment:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related course

Related Work Experience:

  • At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in restaurant or food service operations
  • Experience in handling dining staff, guest relations, and back-of-house coordination
  • Background in inventory control, shift management, and basic reporting

Skills / Technical Abilities:

  • Strong leadership and team supervision skills
  • Excellent customer service and complaint resolution abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Proficient in managing shift checklists, schedules, and staff briefings
  • Able to monitor and report inventory, shortages, and variances
  • Skilled in POS operation and basic Microsoft Excel reporting
  • Capable of coordinating restaurant events and promotional activities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours

Preferably from Cavite

Can start Immediately

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
