About the role

Seeking talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team at H.M.O. International Recruitment Inc'. This full-time role, based in Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila, offers a competitive salary ranging from ₱20,000 to ₱30,000 and the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls
  2. Handling a variety of customer inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently and professionally
  3. Troubleshooting issues and offering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to deliver a consistent customer experience
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs
  7. Continuously improving product/service knowledge to provide the best support

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer interactions with empathy and professionalism
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address customer queries effectively
  4. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and the local language
  5. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping others
