Core Functions:
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in vertical construction projects.
  • Conduct wiring, circuit testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with local codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineers, foremen, and project teams to support construction timelines.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports on electrical works, inspections, and progress updates.
Core Competencies:
  • Solid hands-on experience in electrical systems for high-rise/vertical construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills in diagnosing and fixing electrical issues efficiently.
  • Can work independently or as part of a project team in a fast-paced environment.
