About the role

Palmdale Heights Condominium Corporation is looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position responsible for providing support to the accounting department and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial records.

What you'll be doing

  1. Billing: Prepare, send and track invoices issued to unit owners. Ensure timely and accurate Billing.
  2. Cashiering: Accept payment from unit owners and issue collection receipts.
  3. Data Entry: Accurately record financial transactions, including collections and disbursements in the accounting Software.  Ensure timely updates.
  4. Request for Payment / Check Voucher preparation - Ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to date reports/files
  6. Other accounting tasks: Perform additional accounting duties as may be assigned.

What we're looking for

  • Degree or diploma in Accounting or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
