About the role

Integrated Packaging Corporation, a leading manufacturer in the packaging industry, is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Malolos City, Bulacan. As a full-time Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of our state-of-the-art packaging machinery.

What you'll be doing

• Operating and monitoring various packaging machines, including but not limited to, filling, sealing, and labelling equipment
• Performing routine maintenance and adjustments on machinery to maintain optimal performance and product quality
• Identifying and reporting any mechanical issues or production irregularities to ensure timely resolution
• Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborating with the production team to achieve daily and weekly production targets
• Maintaining detailed records of machine operations, production data, and any corrective actions taken

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and diagrams
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions
• Good communication skills and the ability to document machine performance data
