Job Summary

The Office Staff (Sales, Operations and Logistics) supports both sales growth and day-to-day delivery operations. This role handles customer orders, coordinates deliveries, and builds strong relationships with existing and potential clients. It combines sales follow-up, business development, and logistics coordination to ensure smooth transactions, satisfied customers, and efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working with both customers and field personnel to make sure orders are properly handled from confirmation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts by handling orders, follow-ups, and coordination from booking to delivery.
  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities within assigned areas such as HoReCa, wet markets, traders, and retailers.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients through consistent communication and responsive service.
  • Coordinate daily delivery schedules and communicate with drivers, helpers, and warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely dispatch.
  • Monitor delivery progress, track issues or shortages, and assist in resolving any customer or logistics concerns.
  • Support pricing updates, confirm billing details, and coordinate with accounting for proper documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Logistics (preferred but not required).
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, logistics coordination, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask between sales and operations work.
  • Proficient in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and basic reporting tools.
  • Willing to work on-site in Pasig City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
