About the role
ABest Express Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Staff to join our dynamic team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team
- Handling a variety of clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and records management
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for key personnel
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Performing other administrative tasks as required to support the team
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
