Job Summary

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging and brand-aligned materials for digital and print platforms. This role involves conceptualizing and executing design projects, collaborating with marketing and communications teams, and ensuring that all creative outputs effectively communicate the company's message. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design and Development

  • Conceptualize and produce high-quality designs for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and print materials.
  • Develop visual content that aligns with brand identity and project objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design promotional materials, infographics, and digital ads.
  • Revise designs based on feedback to ensure final outputs meet brand and quality standards.

Branding and Visual Consistency

  • Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all creative materials.
  • Ensure that all visual elements follow company guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Support the development of new brand assets when needed.

Collaboration and Project Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing, communications, and content teams to understand creative requirements.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers, printers, or agencies for production and delivery of materials.
  • Manage multiple design requests, ensuring on-time and high-quality completion.

Innovation and Improvement

  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in digital and print media.
  • Suggest new creative approaches to improve visual communication.
  • Experiment with new formats and techniques to enhance engagement and impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • With of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) or equivalent design tools.
  • Knowledge of basic video editing, motion graphics, or photography is an advantage.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
