Essential Qualifications:Graduate with 7-8 years of overall experience, including 5-6 years in a supervisory role overseeing at least 100+ people. Excellent domain knowledge with 3+ years in the Insurance Domain in back-office and front-office environments. Availability of US Visa is desirable.

Supporting executives with help, advice, and guidance. Maintaining records and documents as per organizational standards. Motivating and retaining manpower.

Ensuring team performance meets SLAs, setting benchmarks, and reporting to management. Managing assessment and development of team members. Managing teams across locations and coordinating with internal functions.

Pre-empting challenges and planning solutions. Effective forward planning for process delivery, people, and client engagement. Proactively communicating with stakeholders about plans and expectations.

Establishing systems and procedures within the team. Meeting SLAs and maintaining employee motivation, punctuality, and discipline. Building relationships, interface with other departments, and ensuring personal grooming and etiquette.

Focusing on being process-driven and exceeding customer satisfaction. Additional Details:Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
