Job Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate or Vocational Course Graduate.
• Preferably with 2 years work experience as a Messenger or in a similar role.
• Must have a valid Driver's License (both Motorcycle and 4-wheel vehicle)
• Familiar with routes and locations within Manila City / Taguig Ciy / Laguna
• Physically fit, trustworthy, punctual, and reliable.
• Willing to travel daily from Cabuyao,Laguna to San Juan City / Taguig City and vice versa

Job Description:

• Collects and delivers documents, packages, checks, and other materials within and outside the company premises in a timely and secure manner.
• Runs official errands to plants, offices, banks, clients, suppliers, and other business partners if needed.
• Assists in photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents when necessary.
• Ensures proper handling and confidentiality of company documents.
• Maintains a log of all deliveries, collections, and errands completed.
• Supports office staff with other administrative tasks as may be assigned.
• Ensures company motorcycle/vehicle (if assigned) is in good working condition and reports any maintenance needs immediately.
• Complies with company policies, safety protocols, and traffic rules at all times.
