  • Assist the Product Quality Controller (PQC) ensuring all orders are are attended immediately.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organizing of the Back of House.
  • Follow the prescribed procedures for raw materials and on the production process to ensure that the final product will meet the standards (QA in process).
  • Ensure observance on food safety.
  • Religiously follows the Portion Control Charts in the preparation and cooking of products.
  • Ensure that all kitchen tools, materials and equipment are used correctly and with care.
  • Perform inventory of raw materials and tools assigned to his care at the beginning and at the end of every shift.
  • Accomplish station Area Reports.
  • Do back-up of raw materials, orderliness and diligent accomplishment of BOH station duties.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
