Position Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Analyst who is a highly organised, analytical self-starter to support project execution and transaction advisory efforts. You will collaborate with the team to manage due diligence, financial modelling, and compliance processes while coordinating with clients, partners, and third parties.

Additionally, you will play a key role in structuring transactions, supporting fundraising activities, and contributing to institutional growth through knowledge development and fund operations. ResponsibilitiesAssist in project management and execution of environmental and social advisory engagements, including preparing presentations, concept notes, session agendas, reports, and overview decks while coordinating input from leadership. Manage due diligence, internal approvals, and compliance processes, along with creating and maintaining financial models.

Lead discussions with clients, partners, third parties, and advisors to facilitate transactions. Support negotiations, financial modelling, fundraising activities, and transaction closings. Oversee project timelines, manage consultants, and coordinate with third parties.

Execute additional activities necessary for engagement completion. Contribute to business development and institutional growth by supporting knowledge development, thought leadership, marketing, and sales efforts. Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients.
