It also holds stakes in PacificLight Power and SP New Energy Corporation. Recently, MGEN invested in an integrated LNG facility in Batangas. With a combined net sellable capacity of 5,068 MW, MGEN harnesses both traditional and renewable energy sources.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Manager in Renewable Energy, located in Pasig. The Engineering Manager will oversee engineering projects, manage and lead engineering teams, integrate software solutions, and ensure project milestones and objectives are met. The individual will also collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation and efficiency in renewable energy projects.

  • Proficiency in Software Development and Integration
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Pasig
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
