About the role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Technologist to join our team at Kaiser Medical Center. This is a full-time, project-based role with the opportunity to work on exciting healthcare and medical research initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Performing a range of medical laboratory tests and analyses to support clinical research and insurance related projects
  2. Collecting, processing, and analysing biological samples according to established protocols and procedures
  3. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all test results and findings
  4. Collaborating with healthcare professionals and researchers to interpret data and provide insights
  5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and quality standards
  6. Assisting with the development and implementation of new testing methods and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field
  2. Must be LICENSED
  3. At least 1 years of experience as a Medical Technologist in a clinical or research setting
  4. Proficiency in performing a wide range of medical laboratory tests and analyses
  5. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and quality regulations
