Leasing Manager

Job Summary:

The Leasing Manager is responsible for managing and maximizing the leasing operations of the supermarket's commercial spaces, including in-store tenant areas, kiosks, and external rental spaces. The role ensures high occupancy, profitable lease agreements, strong tenant relationships, and alignment with the supermarket's business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to optimize occupancy and rental income from tenants, kiosks, and concessionaires.
• Source, negotiate, and close lease agreements with potential tenants, ensuring alignment with the supermarket's brand and customer profile.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure satisfaction, compliance, and timely renewal of leases.
• Monitor tenant performance and address issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with Operations and Marketing teams for promotions, events, and activities that enhance tenant visibility and sales.
• Prepare and analyze reports on occupancy, revenue, tenant mix, and leasing performance for management.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitive pricing, and emerging retail trends.
• Ensure lease contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting leasing revenues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or retail property management; supermarket or mall experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail leasing practices, tenant mix planning, and real estate market trends.
• Highly organized, results-driven, and customer-focused.
• Proficient in MS Office and property management systems.
• Willing to travel and be assigned to different branches of AllDay Supermarket - South Area: Muntinlupa, Las Pinas, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas
