  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Training for a Clinical Operations account
  • Must have strong background in Utilization Management training

Job Description:

  • Candidate should be familiar with Medical records, HealthCare insurance, ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
  • Can communicate well and can also understand what has been communicated. Able to transfer knowledge and evaluate performance of resources and conduct Training Needs Analysis.
  • Should have a positive attitude towards organization goals and towards the responsibilities assigned to him/her.
  • Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Problem Solving, Accurate, methodical with detailed orientation.
  • Knowledge of below applications would be added advantage:1. MS Office – Word, Excel and Powerpoint
