I. Policy and Institutional Management

  • Monitor changes in domestic and international foreign exchange policies, research and interpret regulatory requirements to ensure business compliance.
  • Establish and enhance management systems and operational procedures for foreign exchange and cross-border RMB business.

II. Risk Management

  • Identify and assess foreign exchange risk exposures; monitor foreign exchange gains and losses.
  • Formulate short, medium, and long-term foreign exchange risk management strategies, set risk limits, and establish stop-loss models.
  • Optimize foreign exchange positions and utilize derivatives such as forwards and swaps for risk hedging.

III. Treasury Operations

  • Execute daily treasury operations including bank account setup for FX, foreign exchange settlement and sales, and cross-border fund transfers.
  • Analyze foreign exchange market trends and execute trading orders.
  • Manage company trading accounts to achieve stable asset appreciation.
  • Manage domestic and overseas foreign currency fund positions; negotiate optimal pricing with financial institutions.
  • Prepare foreign currency cash flow statements and analytical reports.

IV. Market Research and Analysis

  • Research global economic and financial trends as well as exchange rate movements; produce research reports.
  • Analyze significant changes in the foreign exchange market, provide timely warnings, and propose response strategies.

V. Systems and Data Management

  • Maintain the Treasury Management System (TMS) and monitor daily foreign exchange risk.
  • Perform daily exchange rate maintenance and establish foreign exchange asset-liability analysis reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficient knowledge of foreign exchange market trading rules and domestic/international regulatory policies.
  • Strong data analysis, market judgment, and risk awareness capabilities.
  • Fluency in English as a working language; proficiency in professional data systems (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters).
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are preferred.
