HR/Admin Staff

The HR/Admin Staff is responsible for supporting human resources functions, payroll and benefits administration, and general administrative operations of the company. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, maintains accurate employee records, coordinates recruitment activities, and provides overall administrative support.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Human Resources Duties:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding, including posting job vacancies, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in HR systems.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll records in coordination with Accounting.
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, leave credits, and other company-provided benefits.
- Assist in employee relations by addressing inquiries related to company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Coordinate performance evaluations, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal company policies.
B. Payroll and Benefits Duties:
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure correct computation of overtime, holiday pay, night differential, and other statutory or company-mandated premiums.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including leaves, insurance, and other entitlements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll, salary, and benefits information.
C. Administrative Duties:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility requirements.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and proper filing of records.
- Schedule meetings, events, and appointments as required.
- Provide administrative support to daily operations and assist other departments as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for the HR Officer and CEO.
D. Other Tasks
- Support HR-related initiatives and projects as assigned by management.
- Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards in all HR and administrative activities.
