Job Summary:
The Real Estate Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and developing high-quality visual materials that support the company's branding, marketing, and communication objectives. This role serves the group of companies by producing creative designs for real estate projects, corporate events, and promotional campaigns — ensuring consistency and impact across all materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design marketing and promotional materials such as property brochures, flyers, tarpaulins, social media posts, advertisements, and presentations.
- Develop creative concepts and layouts aligned with the company's brand identity and project requirements.
- Produce visuals and digital content for online listings, websites, and digital advertisements.
- Create and design property layouts and visual presentations to support sales and marketing materials.
- Edit and enhance property photos, renderings, and layouts for marketing purposes.
- Ensure consistency of branding across all platforms and materials for the group of companies.
- Design and prepare materials for company events, including banners, backdrops, invitations, and digital promotions.
- Create ID and lanyard designs for employees, guests, and events.
- Develop teambuilding materials such as shirts, giveaways, and event collaterals.
- Design property materials, including project signages, onsite visuals, and directional signages.
- Manage and organize the company's digital design assets and templates.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure that all design outputs meet the company's standards and timelines.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer (experience in real estate or corporate settings is an advantage).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design platforms such as Canva or Figma.
- Knowledge of photography, video editing, or layout design is an advantage.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
